The cancellation of individual artists or their replacement by other artists does not, as a general rule, give rise to any claim for the return of the ticket or a refund, provided that the overall character of the event is preserved.

In particular, there is no entitlement to the appearance of a specific artist, band or DJ, to a specific duration of a performance, or to a specific order of performances.

9. Changes to the Event

Changes to the programme, delays, weather-related changes, technical failures or changes to individual event areas do not constitute a defect of the event, provided that the overall character is preserved.

11. Force Majeure

The organiser is not liable for restrictions resulting from force majeure, in particular in the case of:

The organiser is entitled to carry out security checks, including bag checks.

14. Refusal of Admission

Irrespective of this, the organiser reserves the right, on the basis of its control over the premises, to restrict or prohibit consumption or possession on the event grounds, insofar as this is legally permissible.

24. Lost Property

Lost property will – where possible – be collected and kept after the event.

25. Cloakroom
